The launch of the 25th Off the Shelf Festival of Words

06 September 2016

The 25th Off the Shelf Festival of Words was lauched in style on 5 September. There was music from Nat Johnson and poetry from Genevieve Carver, while Richard Hines, the inspiration for the iconic novel A Kestrel for a Knave, read from his new book.

The launch, which was held at The Crucible, also had a video message from this year's guest curator, Francesca Martinez.
