We are the Monument is an exhibition at the Graves Art Gallery. In this event artist Yuen Fong Ling and graphic designer Jon Cannon will discuss the visual impact and use of text in public monuments to decolonise public spaces. The collaborators will use text, font, design, and key words to create a series of public art proposals, street name changes, public monuments and memorials for communities that don’t often get the opportunity to take part – and you can join them!
